Well, Mother Nature seems to be playing a cruel trick on Edmonton…instantly it’s winter!!! The only perk seems to be the sudden garden harvesting we’ve had to do. As a result, every vegetable in this meal, except the mushrooms, came from my yard or my neighbors! Thank goodness for neighbors who grow:) Made entirely from scratch, a fabulous Indian feast…because I know @natzbobatz, that this is #YourFavoriteFood! Mmm, pillowy puffs of poori made two ways, delicious dal, toasted fennel-coriander seed mushrooms with tomatoes, cauliflower with green beans, potatoes & shredded coconut and a fragrantly scented, spicy coconut milk tomato Saar…so delicious you wouldn’t even notice this meal was meatless! #homespungrub
…and then there’s this. Mac and cheese #homespungrub style. Freshly made pasta, put to great use tonight! Truffled bacon Mac and cheese, topped with butter crisped Panko crumbs…YUM doesn’t even come close! Good thing I made lots…for some, one wasn’t near enough! @natzbobatz :)

Chicken breast that’s been generously slathered with a homemade bourbon chipotle bbq sauce, loaded with lime and coriander, then grilled to a yummy perfection.
